Job Requirements

  • Must live in or near Fresno, CA
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • No delinquent or default federal student loans, or must be current in a rehabilitation program
  • Outstanding time management and organization skills
  • Clear communication and engaging presentation skills
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to travel

Job Duties

  • Host and implement event and activity plans to build awareness and drive inquiry generation
  • Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and families via various communication methods
  • Engage with local high schools, teachers, staff, and youth groups to promote Grand Canyon University
  • Manage a full schedule including fairs, school visits, presentations, community and campus events
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process to ensure a successful campus experience
  • Represent Grand Canyon University as the face of the institution in the San Joaquin Valley territory
  • Use critical thinking skills to independently support students and families
