Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of customer service experience in hospitality or hotel environment
  • ability to work under pressure
  • good interpersonal skills
  • good written and oral communication skills
  • reservation software training
  • preferred experience in vacation ownership

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and maintain lobby flow to reduce wait times
  • complete check-out procedures including computing bills and collecting payments
  • answer telephones/PBX and direct calls using proper etiquette
  • receive guest requests or complaints and ensure follow-up actions
  • communicate with other departments by telephone and two-way radio to resolve guest issues
  • deliver general concierge services to address guest questions and requests promptly
  • provide guests with information about local attractions
  • register guests and issue room keys according to standard operating procedures
  • prepare arrival paperwork and welcome gifts for guests
