Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of front desk operations is a plus
- Reservation software training
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of one year customer service experience in hospitality or hotel environment
- Vacation ownership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage lobby traffic to reduce wait times
- Complete check-out procedures, compute bills, collect payments, and make changes per standard operating procedures
- Answer telephones/PBX and direct calls using proper etiquette
- Receive and address guest requests and complaints ensuring appropriate actions
- Communicate with other departments via telephone and radio to resolve guest requests or complaints
- Deliver general concierge services, providing multiple ways to address guest questions, concerns, and requests promptly
- Provide guests with information on local hot spots and activities
- Register guests and issue room keys in accordance with SOP
- Prepare daily paperwork and arrival information for incoming guests and prepare welcome gifts
