Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass FAA medical certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and assistance during emergency and non-emergency situations
- Greet passengers and assist with carry-on baggage
- Deliver onboard announcements and demonstrate safety equipment
- Calmly resolve passenger situations during flight
