  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification

Job Duties

  • Serve as department receptionist receiving and transmitting messages or inquiries to appropriate destination
  • input data using electronic medical record, staffing and charge capture systems, electronic bedboard, charge entry and reconciliation
  • perform general administrative duties such as emails, filing, ordering supplies
  • stock nurse servers in patient rooms and specialty carts routinely
  • assist in maintenance of equipment and order non-medical supplies
  • assist with maintenance of scheduling and operational processes
  • set up or cancel patient appointments as directed
  • transport patients, blood, specimens or other items
  • answer call lights as needed
