Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant management preferred
- ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent verbal communication abilities
- adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to learn and develop professionally
Job Qualifications
- Back of house management experience preferred
- understanding of back of house operations and management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work nights and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Oversee all back of house operations including ordering and inventory management
- control food costs and ensure food quality standards are met
- implement exceptional safety and sanitation practices throughout the unit
- coach, teach and mentor all front of house and back of house staff
- participate in the selection and training of new employees
- manage labor costs through effective schedule writing
- ensure timely completion of food orders within desired ticket times and operational standards
