Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management preferred
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent verbal communication abilities
  • adherence to safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to learn and develop professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Back of house management experience preferred
  • understanding of back of house operations and management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work nights and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
  • courteous, energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Oversee all back of house operations including ordering and inventory management
  • control food costs and ensure food quality standards are met
  • implement exceptional safety and sanitation practices throughout the unit
  • coach, teach and mentor all front of house and back of house staff
  • participate in the selection and training of new employees
  • manage labor costs through effective schedule writing
  • ensure timely completion of food orders within desired ticket times and operational standards
