Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior restaurant management experience preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of OSHA and food safety standards
  • basic math and cash handling skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in the restaurant industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage staff including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • recruit, interview, and hire new employees to maintain adequate staffing
  • manage staff scheduling to control labor costs and ensure compliance with break policies
  • conduct staff training and certification programs
  • complete daily and monthly operational paperwork and inventory management
  • perform cash management duties including register audits and bank deposits
  • manage Point of Sale System including employee access and wage adjustments
  • ensure completion of training programs and safety meetings
  • control food, beverage, supply, and labor costs to optimize profits
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and safety certifications
  • supervise maintenance of restaurant equipment to meet OSHA and company standards
  • resolve customer complaints and ensure customer experience meets company standards
  • maintain overall restaurant standards and conduct performance oversight
  • demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork
  • adhere to company policies and legal regulations
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
