Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant management experience preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of OSHA and food safety standards
- basic math and cash handling skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage staff including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- recruit, interview, and hire new employees to maintain adequate staffing
- manage staff scheduling to control labor costs and ensure compliance with break policies
- conduct staff training and certification programs
- complete daily and monthly operational paperwork and inventory management
- perform cash management duties including register audits and bank deposits
- manage Point of Sale System including employee access and wage adjustments
- ensure completion of training programs and safety meetings
- control food, beverage, supply, and labor costs to optimize profits
- ensure compliance with labor laws and safety certifications
- supervise maintenance of restaurant equipment to meet OSHA and company standards
- resolve customer complaints and ensure customer experience meets company standards
- maintain overall restaurant standards and conduct performance oversight
- demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork
- adhere to company policies and legal regulations
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
