Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assist with management and coordination of physician orders and reports
- Maintain residents' medical records in a neat and organized fashion
- Maintain and update nursing unit records, schedules, forms and lists as directed
- Perform receptionist duties for nursing unit including greeting and assisting residents and visitors
- Conduct audits as assigned and ensure accuracy of outgoing forms
- Maintain resident rights and adhere to HIPAA and patient privacy policies
- Provide compassionate customer service and establish positive interactions with residents and other stakeholders
