Job Requirements
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a state's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization
- One year of satisfactory clerical experience
- Ability to type at a minimum of 100 keystrokes (20 words) per minute

Job Duties
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of the Cashiers' Office
- Performs the duties of the Agency's Travel Coordinator
- Acts as imprest fund custodian
- Manages escrow account custodian responsibilities
- Approves all deposits (cash and checks) made by the Cashiers' Office
- Reviews and processes employees' cash reimbursements
- Pays invoices under $250.00
- Manages daily petty cash count
- Attends to staff enquiries at the Cashiers window
- Reviews credit card purchases
