Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- six months retail or related experience
- average 12 or more hours per week availability based on seasonality
- open availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered
- limited restrictions on availability to two days per week
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to push, pull, move, lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing

Job Duties
- meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- proactively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using UNIQLO service standards
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- act as cashier by following protocol
- process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented with full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow company policies and notify management of infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned
