Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- six months retail or customer service experience
- availability to work an average of 12 or more hours per week
- weekend availability with religious exemptions considered
- restrictions limited to two days per week
- ability to stand and move around sales floor and stockroom
- physical capability to lift 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- ability to read computer terminals
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum six months retail or related experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate discounts and percentages
- knowledge of customer service standards
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- proactively manage customer needs using UNIQLO service standards
- assist with fitting room management
- act as cashier following protocol when needed
- process shipments ensuring full size runs on the sales floor
- support management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- adhere to company policies and report infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
