Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to train and develop a team
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs including evenings and weekends
- average 32 or more hours per week availability
- open availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered
- restrictions on availability limited to two days per week
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- bachelor's degree preferred
- strong communication skills
- leadership and team development experience
- proficiency in basic math for calculating discounts and percentages
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- act as key holder
- motivate team to meet and exceed sales
- supervise the floor to monitor breaks and ensure coverage during peak times
- ensure brand and operational standards including visual, cleanliness, cash management, and inventory management are met
- proactively manage customer needs according to UNIQLO service standards
- train and develop team on fitting room and cash wrap standards
- manage inventory ensuring merchandise is replenished on the floor in full size runs
