Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months retail or related experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift or carry objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, evenings, and weekends
- Open availability on weekends with religious exemptions considered
- Average 12 or more hours per week depending on business seasonality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Retail or related experience preferred
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards such as visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Pro-actively manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard
- Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist when needed
- Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocol
- Process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor
- Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- Provide product and brand information to customers
- Follow company policies and notify management of infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
