Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work on ladders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to read computer terminals
- Ability to push, pull, or move objects at least 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, squat, and climb repeatedly
- Open availability on weekends
- Average 12 or more hours per week
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards such as visual cleanliness
- Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing the UNIQLO service standard
- Assist with fitting room standards and help when needed
- Act as cashier following cashier protocol when required
- Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented in full size run on the floor
- Assist management to identify and resolve store issues
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow company policy and notify management of infractions
- Assist with special projects assigned by management
