Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 6 months retail or related experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate discounts and percentages
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to move around sales floor and stockroom with activities such as bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- full-time availability of average 32 or more hours per week or part-time availability of minimum 12 hours with weekend availability
- restrictions on availability limited to 3 days with only 1 restriction permitted Friday through Sunday for full-time
- full-time employees permitted only 2 days off per week within the same workweek
- full-time employees available minimum 5-day workweek
- part-time employees must be able to work opening or closing shifts at least twice per week
Job Qualifications

- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 25 pounds
- ability to maneuver the sales floor and stockroom with repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Duties
- meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards such as visual presentation and cleanliness
- proactively manage customer needs using the UNIQLO service standard and fundamental principles
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist customers
- act as cashier when required following cashier protocol
- process shipments and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor in full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow company policies and notify management of any infractions
- assist with special projects as assigned by management
