Job Requirements
- high school diploma or g.e.d.
- six months retail or related experience
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to read computer terminals
- ability to push, pull, move, lift or carry objects of at least 25 pounds
- ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom
- average 32 or more hours per week based on seasonality
- open availability on weekends
- availability restrictions limited to three days per week
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months retail or related experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to calculate discounts and percentages
- knowledge of customer service principles
- ability to follow company policies
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- meet and exceed sales goals
- maintain brand and operational standards such as visual and cleanliness
- pro-actively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using the U.N.I.Q.L.O. service standard
- be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist as needed
- act as cashier following cashier protocol
- process shipments ensuring merchandise is on floor in full size runs
- assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
- provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- follow all company policies and notify management of any infractions
- assist with special projects assigned by management
