Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Maintain open availability at least five days per week averaging 32 hours or more
- Have no more than two days off in the same Monday-Sunday workweek
- Limit scheduling restrictions to no more than three days per week with only one restriction permitted Friday-Sunday
- At least one scheduling restriction must be time-based
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capability to stand for long periods and maneuver around sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising is a plus
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness
- Manage customer needs and exceed expectations utilizing UNIQLO service standards
- Assist with fitting room standards and provide support as needed
- Act as cashier following cashier protocol when required
- Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
- Assist management to identify and resolve issues in the store
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
