Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- some experience and/or training in mechanical equipment repair preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- ability to perform basic math skills
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- general mechanical aptitude
- safety focus
- bilingual skills may be required based on location
- ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 50 pounds or more
- able to work indoors and outdoors

- Station and retrieve equipment on location property
- maintain written maintenance schedule
- service equipment to ensure specifications
- inspect equipment before and after rental
- document lost or damaged equipment
- communicate effectively with customers
- participate in safety protocols
