Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a food server within a casual full-service restaurant environment
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language (English) used in the workplace
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and a flex shift if needed
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, ordinances and regulations and policy regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons

Job Duties
- Ensures station and table set-ups are complete and replenished before service
- Takes accurate food and beverage orders utilizing suggestive-selling techniques
- Serves all food and beverage requests adhering to service timing standards
- Pre-buses tables and ensures timely clearing after guests finish
- Enters guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
- Presents guest checks and processes proper payment methods
- Monitors guest satisfaction and initiates recoveries when necessary
- Maintains cleanliness and proper condition of dining areas and service equipment
