Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Good customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to comply with safety standards and attend training
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required

- Prior experience in maintenance or related fields preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and climbing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic lock changing skills and familiarity with property codes
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Transfer trash to dumpster or storage areas and maintain storage cleanliness
- Complete minor and routine service requests as instructed
- Assist the make-ready specialist during apartment turnover
- Change locks in compliance with property policy
- Ensure pool gate safety and code compliance
- Distribute resident notices and communications
- Report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrate customer service by respectful resident interaction
- Comply with safety and risk management policies including attending safety meetings and training
- Report accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
