Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle
  • Ability to work any assigned shift including weekends
  • Ability to respond to emergencies after normal business hours and weekends with a reachable telephone number
  • Ability to perform physical tasks involving hands, arms, legs, and full body activities including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Use of a personal smartphone compliant with company security and operational software

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy
  • Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to respond to emergencies after normal business hours and weekends when assigned on-call responsibilities
  • Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use a smartphone with updated software and password protection to perform job duties

Job Duties

  • Maintaining physical condition of community grounds, exterior, and common areas
  • Assisting in preparing market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs
  • Responding to resident service requests promptly
  • Performing various maintenance functions, such as exterior light bulb changes and equipment maintenance
  • Assisting other service staff with projects, including apartment cleaning and drywalling
  • Delivering resident communication as needed
  • Reporting maintenance concerns promptly
