Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior property maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and walking
  • Good communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours if needed
  • Basic knowledge of safety regulations
  • Ability to follow directions and work under supervision

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Ensure common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter
  • Remove trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Assist in completing minor and routine service requests
  • Change locks per property policy
  • Ensure pool gates meet safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and dangerous situations
  • Demonstrate respectful and effective customer service
  • Comply with safety and risk management policies
