Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating motorized vehicles
- Computer literacy and effective English communication skills
- Ability to work any assigned shift including weekends
- Ability to respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends when assigned on-call
- Ability to perform physical activities involving lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, shoveling, crouching, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
- Use of personal smartphone with updated software and password protection compliant with company security systems
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience working in residential or property maintenance settings preferred
- Valid driver’s license if operating motorized vehicles
- Computer literacy for job-related software
Job Duties
- Maintaining physical condition of community grounds, exterior, and common areas
- Assisting in preparing market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs
- Responding to resident service requests promptly
- Performing various maintenance functions, such as exterior light bulb changes and equipment maintenance
- Assisting other service staff with projects, including apartment cleaning and drywalling
- Delivering resident communication as needed
- Reporting maintenance concerns accurately
