Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating motorized vehicles
  • Computer literacy and effective English communication skills
  • Ability to work any assigned shift including weekends
  • Ability to respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends when assigned on-call
  • Ability to perform physical activities involving lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, shoveling, crouching, and carrying materials up to 50 lbs
  • Use of personal smartphone with updated software and password protection compliant with company security systems

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Experience working in residential or property maintenance settings preferred
  • Valid driver’s license if operating motorized vehicles
  • Computer literacy for job-related software

Job Duties

  • Maintaining physical condition of community grounds, exterior, and common areas
  • Assisting in preparing market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs
  • Responding to resident service requests promptly
  • Performing various maintenance functions, such as exterior light bulb changes and equipment maintenance
  • Assisting other service staff with projects, including apartment cleaning and drywalling
  • Delivering resident communication as needed
  • Reporting maintenance concerns accurately
