Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating motorized vehicles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing
- Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and respond to emergencies
- Physical ability to perform strenuous physical tasks involving lifting and bending
- Use of a personal smartphone compliant with security policies
Job Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with good driving record and auto insurance if operating motorized vehicles
- Computer literacy
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to respond to emergencies and work assigned shifts including weekends
- Physical capability to perform hand, arm, leg, and whole body activities including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Compliance with company’s smartphone security and software requirements
Job Duties
- Maintaining physical condition of community grounds, exterior, and common areas
- Assisting in preparing market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general repairs
- Responding to resident service requests promptly
- Performing various maintenance functions, such as exterior light bulb changes and equipment maintenance
- Assisting other service staff with projects, including apartment cleaning and drywalling
- Following the set schedule of Saturday-Monday: 7am-4pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 2pm-11pm (1 hour unpaid meal break), Thursday & Friday off
