Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to monitor security systems and emergency equipment
  • Proficiency in using office technology
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be authorized to work in the country

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
  • Monitor guest traffic
  • Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • Assist with completed service request callbacks
  • Assist residents with checking in or out luggage carts
  • Monitor parking lot for team members and vendors
  • Monitor fire alarm panel and security cameras
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents
  • Keep daily logs of events and community security status and report concerns to management
  • Maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other community services
  • Call vendors for service tickets related to laundry room services
  • Maintain information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and concierge vendor contacts
  • Book freight elevator for move-in, move-out, and furniture deliveries
