Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to work weekend evenings (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
- strong communication skills
- physical stamina to perform job duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
- two years experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas
- coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management on food and beverage orders to ensure sufficient service to customers
- communicate with customers on status of orders
- prepare and maintain bar stock, including liquors, beers, wine coolers, glassware, and ice
- keep the bar stocked with garnishes, syrups, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service hours
