Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • ability to work weekend evenings (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
  • strong communication skills
  • physical stamina to perform job duties including lifting and standing for long periods
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
  • two years experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Job Duties

  • maintain the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas
  • coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management on food and beverage orders to ensure sufficient service to customers
  • communicate with customers on status of orders
  • prepare and maintain bar stock, including liquors, beers, wine coolers, glassware, and ice
  • keep the bar stocked with garnishes, syrups, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service hours
