Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
  • availability to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
  • passion for food and hospitality
  • willingness to learn and work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas
  • coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management on food and beverage orders to ensure sufficient service to customers
  • communicate with customers on status of orders
  • prepare and maintain bar stock, including liquors, beers, wine coolers, glassware and ice
  • keep the bar stocked with garnishes, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours
