Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk and lift heavy items for extended periods of time
- availability to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
- passion for food and hospitality
- willingness to learn and work in a team environment

- two years experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas
- coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management on food and beverage orders to ensure sufficient service to customers
- communicate with customers on status of orders
- prepare and maintain bar stock, including liquors, beers, wine coolers, glassware and ice
- keep the bar stocked with garnishes, syrups, glasses, napkins and all other necessary items before and during service hours
