Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of restaurant management experience preferred
  • ability to work full-time including day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • physical capability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Qualifications

  • Team player with a hospitality-first mentality
  • positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in scheduling, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and point-of-sale systems
  • two years of restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations
  • lead and inspire front-of-house staff
  • coordinate planning, organizing, and training to meet sales and service goals
  • staff hiring and development through engagement, feedback, and coaching
  • review financial statements and manage scheduling and inventory
  • ensure compliance with safety, security, food handling, and sanitation policies
  • motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service
