Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area, ensures prospects and visitors are comfortable while they wait to speak with a team member
- Monitors guest traffic
- Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member, assists with completed service request call backs
- Assists residents with checking in or out of luggage carts
- Monitors parking lot for team members and vendors
- Monitors fire alarm panel and security cameras
- Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Keeps daily log of events and community security status, reports concerns to management
