Job Requirements
- must be authorized to work in the us
- must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
- must be able to bend stretch climb stairs climb a ladder reach twist sit walk and squat
- must be comfortable working on feet for entire shift
- must be a part-time availability
- must sign up and become a member of the delaware union
- must wear elite uniform during working hours
Job Qualifications
- 2 years of previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning
- familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus
- strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- must have a reliable car to location
Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing restrooms lobbies hallways elevators and other common areas
- cleaning and polishing glass doors windows and elevator surfaces
- dusting furniture fixtures countertops and other surfaces
- vacuuming carpets and rugs
- sweeping and mopping floors
- wiping down surfaces to remove spills and debris
- emptying trash and recycling bins
- maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- following safety protocols and using cleaning equipment properly
- assisting with other tasks as assigned
