Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a unionized environment
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a motorized vehicle
- Computer literacy
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws
- Use of personal smartphone with security compliance
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 15 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs depending on property

- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 15 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs depending on property structure
- Customer service experience and ability to handle complex situations professionally (bonus)
Job Duties
- Warmly welcoming residents, prospects, and guests, handling packages promptly and professionally
- Answering phones with courtesy, preparing for self-guided tours, and proactively addressing customer needs
- Providing resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support
- Inspecting appearance of lobby for cleanliness, including entrance windows, door, and floors
- Facilitating routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses
- Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas
- Vigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environment
- Implementing security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away
- Working scheduled hours Tuesday through Saturday from 3 PM to 12 AM with Sundays and Mondays off
