Job Requirements

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
- Frequent use of hands, fingers, and wrists for handling cleaning tools and operating equipment
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry operations or housekeeping is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of laundry equipment, cleaning products, and uniform care
- Attention to detail to ensure uniforms are clean, pressed, and presented to a high standard
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently within designated timelines
- Good organizational skills to maintain inventory and ensure uniform availability
- Ability to work independently, following established processes and guidelines
Job Duties
- Collect, launder, and press uniforms for hotel staff ensuring they are clean, wrinkle-free, and well-maintained
- Inspect uniforms for damage or wear and tear and report issues to housekeeping supervisor or management
- Sort, fold, and organize uniforms in a neat and accessible manner
- Maintain an inventory of all hotel uniforms, tracking quantities and stock levels
- Distribute clean, properly pressed uniforms to employees as requested, assisting in size or style selection
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while following safety protocols
- Inspect uniforms for cleanliness and condition before distribution, maintaining high presentation standards
