Job Duties
- Prepare cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor, color, and aroma
- Guide Baker Assistant and assist with their training
- Perform all Baker Assistant duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking station
- Monitor inventory and order baking supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
