Job Duties
- Preparing cheesecakes, cookies and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor, color, and aroma
- guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training
- performing all Baker Assistant duties
- maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- monitoring inventory and ingredient quality
- ensuring equipment is used safely and properly
- collaborating with team members to meet production schedules
