- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Preparing cheesecakes cookies and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor color and aroma
- guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training
- able to perform all Baker Assistant duties
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of baking area
- ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- managing inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- collaborating with kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules
