Job Duties
- Preparing cheesecakes, cookies and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor, color, and aroma
- Guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training
- Able to perform all Baker Assistant duties
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the baking station
- Monitoring ingredient inventory and notifying management of shortages
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely product availability
