Job Duties
- Prepare cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standards for flavor, color, and aroma
- Guide Baker Assistant and assist with their training
- Perform all Baker Assistant duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking area
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Manage baking schedules to ensure timely product preparation
- Monitor ingredient inventory and notify management when supplies are low
