Job Requirements
- Some high school
- Minimum one year of operations experience
- Local or municipal food handler certification acquired at applicant's own expense
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to four hours
- Ability to reach across 36-inch countertops
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a hot and noisy kitchen environment
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties
- Preparing cheesecakes cookies and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor color and aroma
- Guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training
- Performing all Baker Assistant duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the baking area
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Managing inventory of baking ingredients
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
