Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- minimum one year of operations experience
- food handler certification or local equivalent acquired at own expense
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to adapt to changing priorities
- ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Duties
- Prepare cheesecakes, cookies, and tarts according to Uncle Tetsu standards
- guide Baker Assistant and assist with their training
- perform all Baker Assistant duties
- maintain high levels of quality control and food safety
- manage kitchen equipment and adhere to hygiene standards
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- contribute to a positive team atmosphere
