Job Requirements
- Some high school education
- Minimum one year of operations experience
- Food Handler certification as per local or municipal regulations, acquired at own expense
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to work in hot and noisy environments
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations

Job Duties
- Preparing cheesecakes, cookies and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor, color and aroma
- Guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training
- Able to perform all Baker Assistant duties
- Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Operating bakery equipment efficiently and safely
- Monitoring inventory and ingredient usage
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
