Job Requirements
- Some high school
- minimum one year of operations experience
- food handler certification as required by local authorities acquired at applicant's own expense
- reliable attendance
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- ability to adapt to changing priorities
- capability to manage difficult situations

Job Duties
- Preparing cheesecakes, cookies and tarts to meet Uncle Tetsu standard for flavor, color, and aroma
- guiding Baker Assistant and assisting with their training
- able to perform all Baker Assistant duties
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- managing baking inventory and supplies
- collaborating with team members to meet production goals
