Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant
- capability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4 am
- ability to lift, stand, bend, and move intermittently during work hours
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Duties
- Oversee all store operations and ensure the store is audit ready
- Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- Lead and motivate the team during peak breakfast and lunch periods
- Handle scheduling, ordering, and inventory management
- Close and prep the store daily
- Ensure exceptional customer service and generate positive customer survey results
- Take daily deposits to the bank
