Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- availability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
- ability to manage store closing and administrative tasks
- commitment to fostering a positive work environment
- good communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- experience managing food cost and labor goals
- leadership skills to inspire and motivate team
- ability to multitask and manage daily store operations
- experience with P&L analysis is a plus
- strong recruitment and team development skills
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- start early morning baking and open store
- manage audits and ensure store is audit ready
- execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders efficiently
- deliver exceptional customer service and experience
- multitask during breakfast and lunch rushes by filling in various positions
- manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and closing procedures
