Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- prior general manager or assistant general manager experience preferred
- knowledge of food cost control and labor target achievement
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
- ability to work early shifts starting as early as 4am
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- ability to perform closing and administrative tasks
- commitment to work-life balance
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- proven ability to achieve food cost goals and labor targets
- experience with recruiting and developing team members
- strong leadership and motivational skills
- prior exposure to p&l analysis
- ability to manage multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- ensure store is audit ready and customer orders are executed
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- support team during breakfast and lunch rushes by floating in needed positions
- manage team breaks and foster positive customer survey results
- close and prep store for the next day including schedule, order, and inventory management
- handle daily deposit to the bank and administrative tasks
