Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- prior restaurant management experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to work early morning shifts
- capability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving during work hours
- willing to undergo 5 weeks of training
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- ability to manage food cost goals and labor targets
- strong leadership and team motivation skills
- prior exposure to profit and loss analysis
- experience recruiting and developing team members
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- oversee daily store operations with a hands-on approach
- ensure the store is audit ready
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- provide exceptional customer service
- support team during breakfast and lunch rushes
- complete closing procedures and prepare the store for the next day
- handle scheduling, ordering, inventory, and daily deposits
