Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing food cost and labor targets effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant environment
  • Hands-on leadership style with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Experience with profit and loss (P&L) analysis and managing food and labor costs
  • Strong recruiting and talent development skills
  • Ability to ensure excellent customer service and manage operational standards
  • Basic administrative skills including scheduling and inventory management
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure a "treat it like you own it" philosophy
  • Manage breakfast and lunch rushes by supporting all positions as needed
  • Ensure the store is audit ready and all catering, in-store, and mobile orders are executed efficiently
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a positive and motivated workplace
  • Analyze and manage food costs, labor targets, and overall store profitability
  • Complete daily administrative tasks including scheduling, ordering, inventory management, and banking deposits
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and handle customer issues effectively
