Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old to apply
- ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
- availability to work early morning shifts starting at 4am
- strong leadership and communication skills
- prior restaurant management experience

Job Qualifications
- one to three years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- experience motivating and inspiring teams
- knowledge of food cost controls and labor target achievement
- prior exposure to profit and loss analysis

- ability to maintain a positive and fun work environment
Job Duties
- oversee all store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- manage first bake and open the store starting as early as 4am
- ensure the store is audit ready and customer orders are executed efficiently
- provide hands-on leadership during breakfast and lunch rushes, filling in all positions as needed
- keep up on employee breaks and generate positive customer survey results
- complete closing duties including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and preparing the store for the next day
- take daily deposits to the bank
