Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior general manager or assistant general manager restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4 am
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle closing and administrative responsibilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and fun work environment

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • Experience managing food cost goals and labor targets
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Knowledge of P&L analysis is valuable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate during a single-shift morning schedule

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations with an ownership mindset
  • Manage daily store opening, baking, and closing procedures
  • Ensure store is audit ready and meets cleanliness and quality standards
  • Execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders accurately and efficiently
  • Motivate and inspire the team during busy breakfast and lunch shifts
  • Monitor breaks and labor costs to maintain food cost and labor targets
  • Perform administrative duties including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and deposit handling
