Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior general manager or assistant general manager restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 4 am
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle closing and administrative responsibilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive and fun work environment
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Experience managing food cost goals and labor targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Knowledge of P&L analysis is valuable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to operate during a single-shift morning schedule
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of store operations with an ownership mindset
- Manage daily store opening, baking, and closing procedures
- Ensure store is audit ready and meets cleanliness and quality standards
- Execute catering, mobile, and in-store orders accurately and efficiently
- Motivate and inspire the team during busy breakfast and lunch shifts
- Monitor breaks and labor costs to maintain food cost and labor targets
- Perform administrative duties including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and deposit handling
