Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant
  • strong understanding of food cost management and labor controls
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • capable of performing physical duties including standing and lifting
  • commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Qualifications

  • Prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
  • experience with profit and loss (P&L) analysis
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • ability to manage food costs and labor targets
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to recruit and develop talent
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid working age for employment (at least 18 years old)

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily store operations ensuring high standards of quality and customer service
  • manage staffing including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • ensure proper execution of catering, mobile, and in-store orders
  • monitor and maintain inventory and food cost controls
  • handle cash management and daily bank deposits
  • ensure the store is audit and health inspection ready
  • motivate and lead the team to create a positive and fun work environment
