Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- 1-3 years prior general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant
- strong understanding of food cost management and labor controls
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work early morning shifts
- capable of performing physical duties including standing and lifting
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

- experience with profit and loss (P&L) analysis

- ability to manage food costs and labor targets
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid working age for employment (at least 18 years old)
Job Duties
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring high standards of quality and customer service
- manage staffing including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- ensure proper execution of catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- monitor and maintain inventory and food cost controls
- handle cash management and daily bank deposits
- ensure the store is audit and health inspection ready
- motivate and lead the team to create a positive and fun work environment
