Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience as general manager or assistant general manager in restaurant
- Ability to handle physical demands including sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and intermittent movement
- Commitment to fostering a positive work environment and customer experience
- Availability for early morning shifts starting at 4am
- Capability to manage multiple store responsibilities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of general manager or assistant general manager experience in a restaurant setting
- Hands-on operational leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Knowledge of food cost management strategies
- Understanding of labor target achievement
- Experience recruiting and developing team talent
- Familiarity with P&L analysis preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee all daily store operations
- Ensure store is audit ready
- Manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- Lead and motivate team during busy periods
- Handle store closing and prep for next day
- Manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- Deposit daily earnings at the bank
